History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a great chef.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Aldous was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Beggar. He became a Beggar soon after.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Detective. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He struck the Detective job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
