Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is obsessed with his god.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Theobald and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Lewis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He takes great joy in being the best Locksmith in town.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears baggy black pantaloons and a grey scarf, marred by sweets. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Gerald was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
