History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: Hubert was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
