Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Theodoric abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Geoffrey is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Geoffrey was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Trym embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Trym studied abroad. Trym liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Godfrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
