Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
