Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Randal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by drow. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east.
