History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent father

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.
