History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Ruler soon after.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family
