History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Simon has worked very hard to control his curse. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
