History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Jocelyn managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
