Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his son

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
