However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
