His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shipwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Trey was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trey decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
