History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Richard was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Gardener. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cook for the past few years.

A true patriot, Richard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
