History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hubert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hubert. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Banker responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
