Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his yellow robe. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. Bertram was a troubled youth.
