Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
