Personality: Richard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Farmer father left him crippled. He tends to his Adventurer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
