History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Navigator, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
