History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Bertram is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. After coming to the age of reason, Simon took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
