His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: An older man who is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the right. He has violet eyes and a blue hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a red and brown handkerchief worn on his right side, and is pretty ugly. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has amber eyes and a red hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Roofer business at a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Roofer for hire.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Layabout who has hired him part-time. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Banker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This man wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a ceremonial dagger on his belt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alex. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
