History: Born in the north to a Carter, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Dean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Dean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Arnold was born with his father's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A 6'1" southern man, he wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
