History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: Born in the east to a Engraver, Drogo learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shield, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
