History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Richard studied abroad. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gerald will drive conversation. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gerald never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is a Barrister first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he loathes his own lifestyle
