Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shane was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Charles's homeland. Charles decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Anselm was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and money/treasure
