Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Percival's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
