History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Gilbert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Gilbert was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Courier. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second son.
