Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Theobald is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
