History: He was born into a rich family. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This late middle aged man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The war was a terrible time for him, and Dean does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he loathes his own lifestyle

His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
