History: Theobald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and blue handkerchief worn on his right side. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
