Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Lance alone in the world.
