History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mortician, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
