Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Dilettante born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Charles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
