Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
