History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Miles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
