Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Miles managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: Anselm was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. The war was a terrible time for him, and Anthony does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.
