A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Randal was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
