Description: He stands about 5'9" and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has no hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Percival was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Drogo was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dyer. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. John is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born in a small forest village. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he desires power and/or immortality
