History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Gerald was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Interpreter. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
