History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
