History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Percival was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Percival decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, William was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
