He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the east to a Herbalist, Geoffrey learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fortune-teller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adam does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west to a Fortune-teller, Adam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up work as a Fortune-teller and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull blue iron scale mail. He has blonde hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent mother

History: Gomory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has worked as a Courier like his father before him.
