History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student he started as a Sellsword, but he got bored and became a Cook. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 22. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
