Description: This dark-skinned male wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Theobald and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his blonde hair down. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This malnourished man dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 64. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
