History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is greedy

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
