History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by drow. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: He is a husky man, who is typically in his Guard uniform. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Description: This late middle aged man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition and is in decent physical shape. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'3". He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it, and his gloved hand is found clutching a crossbow. His hair is chestnut and curly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants to work out more often
