Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'1". He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born in the north to a Beggar, Alex learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Alex abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
