Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His brown hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Roland is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roland does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and further expansion of business

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Ralf wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ralf was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jocelyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Jocelyn's homeland. Jocelyn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Servant for the past few years.
