History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Lance never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Unemployed but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
