Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is a Shoemaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Norman lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Banker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
